What is the return and exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please feel free to contact us via email at info@thehairdoll.net with any questions prior to placing your order. We do not offer returns, refunds on exchanges on items ordered and shipped! In the event you received the incorrect item and/or you order was damaged in transit we will work with you to get you the item originally ordered.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
Tracking information for your order will be provided for you during the order process phase. In order to obtain any tracking information, you must provide a valid email address at the time of placing your order.
What happens if my address is shipped to the wrong location?
Answer :
All orders require a signature confirmation before processing. Billing address and shipping address must match to process orders. Any/All orders placed with alternative shipping address and/or billing address will not be processed. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he/she enters the address correctly. We cannot support or guarantee address changes once order is being processed. Please double-check the address at the time of placing your order. We will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. Once your order is processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Answer :
Unfortunately, we do not fulfill orders submitted with a P.O. Box Address in the Shipping section. If your is placed using a P.O. Box your order will automatically be canceled. All orders are required signature; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Box Addresses.
How long will it take to get my order?
Answer :
+ All orders placed after 6pm EST, orders placed over the weekends and on Federal Holidays will begin processing the next business day. + Business days are Monday – Friday and excludes Federal Holidays. + Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing + Orders placed during promotional sales and Federal Holidays may take 5-10 days for processing. + We are not responsible for late delivers due to natural disasters, weather delays, or delivery carrier delays.
What if there is a delay on my order?
Answer :
We are not held responsible for package delay once order leaves our store. *During peak month some order make take longer than normal to receive. In addition order delivery can be delayed/longer due to uncontrollable events (ie. bad address, weather, customs, change in order, etc.)
Are there any extra fees for shipping? internationally?
We are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. We advise contacting your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country
